2. 100% User Media Ownership Rights

You retain full 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all original images uploaded, sticker shapes created, and GIF animations rendered through Sachetcamembrt.com.

Because Sachetcamembrt operates entirely client-side inside your browser, we claim zero royalty rights, zero license claims, and zero possession over graphics generated through our tools. You are free to use your exported stickers and GIFs for both personal and commercial projects without attribution.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Sachetcamembrt on your device, you agree not to process media that:

Infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights without explicit authorization.
Contains illegal materials, CSAM, or non-consensual media.
Contains malicious code intended to exploit local browser DOM environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sachetcamembrt web utilities are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Because rendering operations rely on your device hardware (GPU acceleration, available RAM, and browser version), Sachetcamembrt shall not be held liable for local browser crashes, device slowdowns, or loss of unsaved canvas frames.

5. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify studio features, canvas algorithms, or these terms at any time. Updates are reflected in the header timestamp.
